Asked for invoice and told there was no invoice

On the 29th of August 2015 I drove into the gas service station, I requested for R50 gas just to top up what I had, the petrol attended assisted me then I requested an invoice and the rude cashier/ manager, called Abel, said no your invoice has \passed"and therefore I cannot reprint it... He added further that I can complain to whoever the invoice cannot be printed... Now I work for a huge Telecomms service provider and we can reprint the invoice on the customers request"
