Appreciation post for Greenfields Shell Garage in Ballito ?? I want to recognize Greenfields Shell Garage's Managers and Staff who went above and beyond. On the 18th June 2021 at 16:34 whilst on holiday with my family my phone was taken at the Steers which is next to the Shell Garage. When I realized what happened the guy already left with my phone. My dad went to speak to Need(left) one of the Shell managers and he was more than willing to help. (He did everything in his power to track down the ***** and retrieve my phone. ) Even after we left he kept in contact with us and kept us updated. Much to my surprise the Tuesday evening we got a call to say that they have found my phone.The Shell Garage team did everything in there power to find the guy who took my phone and returned my phone safely to me. Please accept my thanks Need, Collen and team for all that you have done to help and for going the extra mile it is much appreciated. I will forever be grateful to you and your team for your help. Need(left), Collen (right)and their team are truly the unsung heroes.
