Appauling Service at Shell Garage Xavier

Hi my name is Hloni and I would like to complain about the Manager at Shell Garage at Xavier Junction.

I got at the license department At around 6:30am (09.11.2018)

At about 7:20am, I was feeling hungry and thought I would grab a quick snack since the department opens at 8:00am. I bought a peppersteak pie then went back in the queue.

I then grab 1 bite and after swallowing I got nauseas and went to the bathroom to vommit. I opened the pie and it was rotten and started to smell rotten. I did not go there immediately and thought I'll just let it go cause I do not have time.

After sitting there doing eye test and booking. I wasn't feeling well then took the pie back and told the Manager that I need to see a Docter cause I'm pregnant and Food poisoning is dangerous for pregnant women. The Lady ( Didn't get her name) told me I'm lying in not pregnant and customers have been complaining about the pies since last week but none of them got sick I'm just taking chances. She told me to go to the doctor and get an invoice so they can refund me. I then asked her to put that in writing so that when I come back I have proof.

She started throwing tantrums and telling me I've been difficult for nothing and that I'm lying I'm not pregnant.

I was even asked why did I eat something thats rotten, I mean I just had 1 medium bite then realised this thing was rotten.

Furthermore people who work that side said they have been complaining since last week and the lady told me to go report them at the Dept of Health she doesnt care cause she knows I'm not pregnant.

I went to the Doctor and she gave me a letter and said she can't give me and medication right now but I must drink alot of water but if I get worse I should go to a hospital as my Pregnancy was via IVF and was only handled by specialists.

I want to take this matter further with the Department of Health and should anything happen to my Baby, She will pay. I was not even going to report this but the rude (Muslim lady) just stressed me and made me feel like I'm nothing.

I'm going back there later with my Husband and medical certificates, I need to be contacted and reimbursed
