Appalling service at Shell Andrew Alrode.
Got to garage at 21:50 on 20 September 2018, with my daughter after the school function, he comes and Greets us, we say hello back, and I ask him for 93 R200, he put the petrol in and I give him both my clicks card and bank card, he process the finances and give the machine to out the pin in, while I put the pin he leave without telling anything, as in going on the other side of the garage, he comes back after I've done both the receipts, he just take machine and go again no explanation, he comes back with the book where the write your Click's card number in, so he took out his eyes glasses and he prepares to write, I said to him can I write to make things quicker because its late, I need to go, Petrol attend very rudely and scream am me, and tell me that he knows how to write,He was so furious, nd told me that he knows me, and he knows how I treat petrol attend, and all the petrol attend at the garage know me, when I asked of what it that he knows about me, he told me that I treat them bad, when I demanded the explaining of how he could explain. It's late and as the female at 22:00 O'clock at night with a 12-year-old in the car it's not safe, my concern was if he knew me, surely he was supposed to bring the Click's book with as the sign that he knew that I was going to need it, The service on this garage its very appalling, which is the reason why I use the Shell in Bracken Down now, more special in the morning, Petrol attend drag their feets to come and help you and then you to wait for them to write the Click's card number into the book, If the garage its providing the service of Click's please get the proper systems in place or better attitude for your staff.
