Accessibility of abolition facilities

The shell garage next to park's board at nelspruit is not treating its customers very well as they don't make toilets accessible as they have turnstiles that you have to insert R2.00 to get access to the toilets,the concern is how can a person put full tank to a car and you still subject that person to pay for toilet ,they should make free to those who are filling fuel . The turnstiles also make it difficult for wheel chair users ,as it is not easily accessible.
