Abused, Threatened and Denied Rights to Complain.

I went to Crystal Service Station to pour Petrol. I got to the garage my car was on 23 km, and I poured R100 95. I did not pay much attention to the attendant as my mind was occupied. I got home the car was on 21 km, it bothered me I want back to the garage to report the matter and try understand why the km did not move up. I spoke to the attendants and the supervisor, they called the manager who came and checked the footage and advised that she can't do anything to help me and I was explaining to her that I only need an explanation of why the km did not change. She started taking a video of me and when I told her that I do not appreciate that she is taking a video of me without my permission. She claimed that I am abusing her and shouting at her and turned her back at me and just refused to communicate with me. She told the supervisor to pour gas for me as I want free petrol she will pay for it from her own pocket. I responded that I am not there for money or petrol I need an explanation of what is happening, she resorted to crying. I told her that she is treating me like a ***** and. With no respect because I am Black if it was a white person like her she would have handled the matter with the almost respect. I left. Then went back to ask the Supervisor for her name, he went inside and came back with her. She threw the R100 at me and the business card I threw the money out my window and she opened my door and threw it in to which I threw it out. She told me she was on her way to the police station to open a case of abuse and that I called her ******. I advised we can go together or she can meet me there. I felt belittled, disrespected and abused by the Manager as she refused to professionally handle the matter at hand. My human dignity and decency was disregarded I believe because of how I look the lady felt superior and wanted me to bow to her and not Ask any questions.
