15 MINUTES TO BE SERVED & AGGRESSIVE STAFF

I went to Shell on Glenhove Road in Houghton garage on Friday night 1 April 2016 at 9.20pm <br> I waited 15 minutes to be served by an attendant. Eventually I had to go inside the shop to call someone and then the attendant was so rude and speaking to me in Xhosa which I don't understand.<br> His attitude was aggressive and unnecessary and his Management should be aware of this.<br> Unfortunately I did not get his name but it should be on the cameras
