Huge Disappointed

After overfilling our car with 13 liters diesel the manager and owner just lift their shoulders and claim its not their fault but ourvehicle which might have a leak, really????? There were no leaks during the past two weeks when we filled up, why now?? For the past 12 years we supported Shell Ultra City in Hendrik Verwoerd and their service was great but today disappointed me and I doubt if I will ever return.
