SHELL BERGERS FILLING STATIOÑ, RUSTENBURG, CNR NELSON MANDELA & JOUBERT STREET, NORTH WEST, ZA

YesterEvening at 19:32 I went to fill up my gas worth R200 at Shell Bergers Filling station in Rustenbrug, Cnr Nelson Mandela & Joubert Street, North West.

I had 60km on my petrol gauge, so usually R200 gives me 120-130km on my petrol gauge. However, when I left the station my petrol light was still on and I thought to myself that It would go off on my way home.

To my surprise this morning (5/12/2012) my petrol gauge was still flickering "empty" and it never went up. When I got to work, I had to ask to go to the Filling station... I was told the manager is in, next thing the manager is not at work yet, next minute I was approached by a petrol attendant who told me I won't be assisted in any way.

I have been using Shell for a while, everywhere I am, I am always looking for a Shell garage but as from today, I will make it my duty to voice out about the *****ery and theft and unwillingness to serve its customers with a right attitude and uprightness. What I experience was evil!
