Non payments

As a tender administrator, I was approached by this company to assist with their tenders about a year ago. We had problems with the one tender where R200 was paid to me. The director said that we must keep it for future tenders. On Friday he contacted me for a tender closing on Monday. I informed him that it will be R350 as it was only pricing.. He then reminded me about the R200 which I then said he can deduct. On Monday afternoon I was informed by him that I must complete the document as well which was not included in my price. I rushed as we had about 3 hours to complete everything and some stuff he did not even have in place. I am still waiting for payment 2 days after work was done and he keeps on telling me he is driving (most probably in Cape Town by now).. This is my only income and when I asked him now again he told me I was making noise and that I had his R200 for 8 months but we had an agreement on that. I just wanna warn other consulting companies to ask for payment up front as some people make you work you @$$ off only to tell you to relax, they will pay
