Terrible Service - didn't even get to the point of purchase.

Didn't even get to the point of buying a project. I requested tried to request the free onsite quote. I have to follow up endlessly. The GP rep was unresponsive, I had to send multiple messages, and get head office to step in every time I needed a reply. I got a quote eventually and again, when trying to clarify a few things, the rep just didn't respond. If this is presales service I can't imagine what post sales service is like.
