Shelflife Return collection

I bought 3 pairs of sneakers worth more R7000 , this order was delivered promptly. The problem started when I returned the two pairs worth more R4000 after logging the return on the online platform , a collection was booked and a van from a courier company came to collect in less than two days.

It has been 7 days with not even a call or email acknowledging the return. It like shelflife has disappeared into thin air with my shoes and no refund.
