I logged a return/exchange on 07/04/23 on the website but no response then this morning I decided to email the customer care and sent them all necessary details but still not assisted because of different email address. I am the owner of the purchase but I'm still questioned! I Lubabalo Quphe logged a return a return via email address *** because my *** email is hacked. Can I please get an exchange please!!!???

CC supervisor Vanessa van Zyl assisted me first but asked me to verify my details later.. that's funny because she should verify clients first before anything else.
