Bad service

I just bought a tekkie and I did not receive my delivery, but got an SMS that state delivered I am very disappointed and this is nonsense. Because I paid and it so sad that I am not getting my product.

I have been calling and they have no trace for the delivery guy.

This is unacceptable, I just need my tekkie or refund nxa!!!!!
