We are very sorry you are unhappy with your experience at Shelflife. Unfortunately we have to inspect faulty shoes to determine if they need to be replaced. We only sell authentic products as we have official accounts with Nike, Adidas, etc. Whenever there is a factory fault, we will always replace them within the purchase timeframe.
