No joy from Shelf Life

I bought a pair of Nike Air Max 180 Ultramarines in March. The purchasing and delivery process was smooth, however in less than 3 months the shoes had developed cracks in the front section of the left shoe and a smaller crack in the right pair within the same area as the left shoe.In my lifetime I have purchased more than twenty pairs of Nike sneakers and still have several almost 10yrs old (with their soles still intact).This is obviously a dubious Nike product.I sent several emails with photographs to Shelf Life over the length of this year but received no response.I phoned Shelf Life on several occasions and failed to get through to anyone who could address my concern.I paid a pretty penny for those shoes and I am now regretting having purchased them and worse through a business that shrugs off responsibility and customer service post sale.
