False Adverti*****t

I am deeply disappointed in this store as I always purchase my clothing from them.

Today (25/03/2019) I saw a Shoe which was advertised for R799 when I made my purchase for 3 pairs of Shoes it was rejected, according to Michelle my bank is the reason for this, however when I took off from work and went to the bank they stated that everything cleared on their side it was Shelf Life who rejected my Payment for the shoe. So I went down to the store in Cape Town to show them, the sales rep took a photo of my Reference number to show his manager and Some how the system online was updated and now the shoe shows R1 799.

The manager advised me to phone Michelle once again, and all she had to say was because my purchase wasn’t received they will not honor it and I will have to pay R1 799. Yet I still have all the proof that the shoe was Advertised for R799. And may I mention that I was not the only one in the store with the same issue.

I’m disgusted in the service received by Shelf Life members.

They very helpful when taking money from customers or when they make money for themselves. But that all goes down the drain the minute they notice they won’t make any money off somebody.
