Defect sneakers Shelf Life

I bought a pair of Adidas NMD sneakers from your online store 6 months ago and the material began to tear away from the soles clearly they are a defects as I have another pair with exactly the same material and have had no issues even after 2 years, I contacted your customer care department and sent pics only to be told that its out of your warranty period (6months???)and I should take it up with Adidas South Africa which I have but yet again no luck, I now sit with an almost new pair of sneakers that cost close on R3000 which I might as well throw in the dustbin cause you literally can't wear them, to date I've spent about R15000 in online purchases from your company and this is the best you can do?.
