Absolutely pathetic

Stood in the queue for 4 hours this morning in the freezing cold only to be told that they only had a single pair of each size of the Jordan drop (19/09). They continued to make people wait outside knowing full well they had sold out of everything. Absolutely no respect for people's time. Instead of saying only 10 pairs of Jordan's were available they said that it was first come first serve for the first 50 customers, which is false advertising in itself. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic the way they handled this release and wouldn't suggest anyone buying from their store so that a more reputable, better serviced store can receive the first drops of the Jordan's.
