Bad Service and selling ******* to the public

I seen a post on Facebook of an Audi A1 that was advertised at Shelby Auto. I went to view the car the next day. I arrived at the dealership and the lady that helped me was not friendly at all. We took the car for a test drive and when we returned she asked how can we pull away so fast. What's the purpose of a test drive? I was interested in buying the car and got all the details. I made the payment and collected the car. A week later the water pump gave in. I informed them and they replaced it with a pirated water pump. The car continued with the problem and had to go back the second time. They replaced it with the original Audi water pump. Two months later the pistens gave in. I informed them and Annerie told me it's normal wear and tear. Nick said it will cost the company lots of money to replace. There's nothing they can do about it. The car is not even 100 000 km yet. I hardly drove the car and I experienced all this problems after purchasing the car. I would not recommend people to support and purchase cars from this dealership. They are ****** and selling ******* to public.
