You cannot return items to Shein

I ordered items from Shein in July 2024 and received them quite quickly. The problem was that many of the clothing items sent definitely did not match the picture on their store site. I ordered longer jerseys - the ones that came were all very cropped. Shirts were all short, and underwear was very different to that shown online. I immediately put in for a return, sent pictures of the faulty items, was given a tracking number for Buffalo to collect the items- and nothing has happened since. I have repeatedly tried to contact both Shein and Buffalo Logistics via every means available- app, email, WhatsApp- and nothing happens. I cannot get a refund without the return going back to them. This is disgusting that, in this day and age, a company makes it impossible to return items that they have **** about in the first place. A further issue is that every clothing item is made of cheap polyester, plastic, and is uncomfortable to wear. Don't trust the pretty pictures. This store is a *******.
