Wrong items shipped💔

I have a problem with my first time order with Shein💔😭. I orders items worth R2800 and I got a message from Baffalo logistics with items list that is not correct to what I ordered requesting me to pay, for import duties which is not a problem but how do I pay for an item list of things I didn't order....I tried Agent support on their platform but it's not helping, Buffalo says what they have on their list is what is given by shein so meaning shein is sending me wrong things and they are still saying there is no problem with the invoice list💔so much money
