Worst shopping experience

It has been 6weeks now waiting for my order that the delivery date passed. I asked what was the problem, they said my order is on the way and when I enquired this morning I was told my order has been returned to the sender yet no one told me. Now when I ask about refund, I am told that I will only get the money I paid for the products but not the amount I paid for Taxes😭😭😭😭😭. I am done with Shein
