Warning people to not buy from Shein because of it’s incompetence

I am coming here to leave a review and I’m so livid, I wish I could even take away this 1 star rating because Shein deserves none! I’m here to alert people on how *********** Shein is, I have 2 orders currently with them (one placed on the 8th and the other on the 17th of November) what makes me angry the most is that with my first order customs are already paid and I don’t understand how I’m not sleeping next to the package and with my second order if I tell you it’s been a week now and they haven’t even packaged it, it’s stuck on processing and their last status update was on the 20th. I don’t know what measure one has to take to be taken seriously because I paid for all these things and now I need to chase like I got them for free, my birthday is on the 8th of December and both the packages have things for my birthday, it has come to my realisation that Shein is actually about to ruin my birthday for me because they don’t take me seriously as a customer and they are very ***********! I hope this review makes everyone who wanted to order on shein rethink their decision and actually not order!
