Warehouse verification in process

I placed an order yesterday the 22 of October 2024, payment went through and was deducted from my bank account, however when I track the order on your app it states ad follows "processing please be patient". Bearing in mind that it also does not show any tracking activity whatsover. When I try expediting the order it states that "warehouse Verification in process" this is utterly frustrating because this is not the first time Ive ordered from shein and now I have to encounter such.

It doesnt show that shein has received the order although I received a conformation email of the order
