Utterly disappointing

I ordered 8 items on 28 April 2025. Paid the customs on time. Have not received the parcel, neither any explanation, neither any refund on my order by 22 May 2025. Try to contact customer service, but chatbot keeps going in circle. Where is my items?!!!
