Useless

Ueseless!! I received an invoice to pay Taxes on my Shein order. It stated I should pay R58 plus an additional R20 if I pay via EFT. I paid via EFT and included the R20. I sent proof of payment to *** on the same day (06/10). On the days following I received daily notifications via calls and sms’s stating that I must pay the taxes. I sent the proof of payment again on 07/10, 08/10, 09/10, 10/10, 11/10 and today. I used the number provided on the notices to call - no answer. There is a whatsapp only number as well which I also whatsapped. No answer whatsoever. I took to facebook and posted that I will never order from them again until this is resolved. No answer no progress. Today I get hold of someone called Crecntia Ruiters. She says she sees the payment and it will take 3 days to allocate. I said 3 is long past and I need it allocated today and my order dispatched. She is adamant that they are within their turnaround times if it is only allocated 3 days from today and she says there is nothing she can do it is up to their accounts dept. I ask to be put through to the accounts department, to be told they do not take calls and it is what it is. I ask to speak to a manager apparently Ms Renette Knightingale. I am waiting and in the meantime I will place a bad report on every site I can find.
