UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I bought items on SHEIN Online as a first customer on 19 October 2023. I paid R738.22 with my credit xard. I received a tracking Number:XXWOT***YQ from Track18. On.31 October 2023, I received a message that parcel has been delivered at IFAFI. I tried to.report the matter but no response on emails.

I believe that Track718 is a **** and using SHEIN website
