Unsatisfactory service

I ordered products that cost me more than R2500 and received 1 broken item and 2 incorrect products. There were 2 items missing in my package which clearly means they mixed up the orders. I informed them of this and they said I must take pictures- which I did. They then informed me that after verification, their system has verified that there is no missing from my package when it leaves the warehouse, so they won't be able to assist with the problem. WThey then requested me to contact the logistics provider for further feedback and confirmation. How is that my problem? This is unsatisfactory service.
