Unresolved return and refund issues

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience with Shein. On December 6,2024, I purchased items from their website. On December 26,2024, I initiated a return on some items, but to my surprise the courier service canceled the return pickup, but they did come and collect the items. Months later, I still haven’t received a refund or my items back. It is 1st March 2024 now and I’ve been waiting. Despite numerous complaints to Shein customer service, I’ve been met with inconsistent response and no clear resolution. I’ve requested that they return my items as it’s evident that they’re unable to process my refund, and they are failing to do that as well. The estimated refund or the cost of the items is R1366.
