UNRELIABLE SERVICE

I have been waiting for my parcel since i made payment for customs and my estimated date was 18/19 Dec but yet still my order is not delivered. My parcel arrived on the 20th in CPT but has not yet been released for delivery. Those are my kids Xma's clothes Buffalo is such a S$it couriers you can't even contact them. PLEASE REALESE MY PARCEL FOR DELIERY
