Unprofessional

I have been waiting for my purchases to be delivered by Buffalo Logistics. The Pickup dates are changed constantly. What is the point of using this services or ordering our purchases and only to realize we are not going to get them on time. Why is there only one courier company used if you know that every year, you have new and regular customers ordering and not change the way deliver happens?

"We deliver with HOPE" that is Buffalo Logistics motto - how are you doing that when we are not getting the service you promised?

@Shein - you need to change courier company because surely you cannot have so many complaints in one day and not even answers or follow up with what is happening. People are complaining about the utterly disguising customer and service from Buffalo Logistics and yet there is not even one reply from your customer services?

We pride to be loyal customers and this is what we get? You need to do better.
