UNPAID REFUND FOR TWO ORDERS FROM SHEIN

I placed 4 x orders at Shein Shanghai. The two orders were processed first, and when I checked the first order Tax was too high, my mistake was cancelling the last two orders. When I checked I again the tax was for two orders, and I realized that the tax was reasonable. However the damage was already done, the last two orders were cancelled from the 15 April 2025.

My challenge is Shein said they paid my two-order refund but till today I did not receive that refund, Shein referred me to the EWallet, there was no money. Then Shein again referred me to the bank, the bank said Shein must sort out the payment.

Since the 15 April 2025 till 08 June 2025, i have been waiting for my refund. I indicated that my refund must be returned back to my bank. That never happened.

When it come to refund shein is terrible.
