Unhappy customer : Return and refund issues

I’m writing to request a return and refund for my order. I never received a call from buffalo logistics for them to come and collect the item to be returned but status claims “collection failed”. Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates from Buffalo despite it being 5 days since I initiated the process. I've also not received any updates from SHEIN. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in getting my refund and return processed as soon as possible.
