Undelivered order

I ordered from Shein and paid on the 15th of August 2021 , till today I haven't received my order. They don't respond to emails I send them except for the email I just received telling me to arrange with my local courier because they failed to deliver while the address is there and clear ,when going to my post office they said they cant help me Only Shein fails to deliver while so many other online businesses deliver. It was my first time ordering from them and am ****ed off with their service . I want my money back
