Unconfirmed delivery

My items were thrown into my yard because I was not home when they delivered and no contact was made with me prior to delivering. I work far from home and only return month ends. Have been trying to contact them to find out the progress of my order and they kept saying that my order was delivered which I didn't understand. The previous week when I got home my neighbor luckily gave me my package still intact, now that I want to make an exchange they are telling me that my 30 days are up for returns and exchanges. I will never ever buy from them as they lack professionalism and what if my parcel was ****** by someone else because I did not sign and acknowledge receipt of my package.
