Unacceptable service

Very bad after service, customs have generate a penalty fee regarding incorrect fee from their side. They refuse to pay the penalty fee and won't refund me unless the products are send back to them. I have paid double at the moment for my products and haven't received them yet. I will definitely not recommend Shein
