UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETENTION POLICY

Very unprofessional!!!!! Once you ship this out your warehouse it does not mean you stop client retention, they give business to people who are unprofessional and have no work ethic, and don’t care follow up if the customer is satisfied. As is, I have orders that were supposed to be delivered by the 23rd and still I have not received anything, but because they don’t care to maintain client retention they are not bothered…if it’s not buffalo with delays and NO communication whatsoever, it’s ARAMEX that over charges people for customs then open clients packages and ***** items. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
