Unable to post a complaint on Shein

I ordered goods from Shein and received items that were totally different from what I ordered. They mention that you cannot return these items . I tried to give the items a bad review. They want me to give access to my entire photo and video database in my phone in order to complete the poor review which I am not prepared to do.And can therefore not complete the complaint.
