They have poor services

This online store this nowadays is a pain in the arrss because whattt??? I’ve placed my order yesterday, and for today for the whole day there is no updates whatsoever, they say their estimated delivery time is 7-8 day’s but it’s actually a month… they have poor service's instead of improving they becoming worse and worser!!
