The gamble between Aramex and Buffalo Logistics

I have ordered about 4 times from Shein and had experience with both Aramex and Buffalo Logistics as the courier. Aramex charged WAY TOO MUCH for customs compared to Buffalo Logistics for very similar order totals and amount of items! However, I did receive my package much quicker with Aramex (although I still can't get over the customs amount) - my items were ALWAYS late by a week or so with Buffalo. It's a pity we can't choose the courier we want!

I've also had Shein refund me for broken items received - the process was quick and easy and I did not need to return the items to them (they were fairly cheap items though).

The quality of Shein clothing is not great - I've had a few "regret purchases" that I just have to live with but it's still worth it if the price is right and if it's an item that can't be found here. If there are clothes that you know you can find in SA, spend the extra money and buy it in SA because you will still end up paying the same amount when customs is added on.

Overall, Shein is a gamble - you win some, you lose some.
