Terrible and long shipping process

I am a writing as I'm extremely disappointed and need my parcel to be in South Africa urgently.

The 28th of November as the estimated time of arrival (ETA) is way too late for me. You keep shifting it from 21 November to 23 November , now 28th November. That’s 3 times now that the order has been delayed. That would now make the order 4 weeks late now. You keep asking me to be patient but I have been more than patient and it’s upsetting to see people who ordered after me who also live in Johannesburg receive their package earlier.

I’m leaving the country on the 28th and I made the order a month in advance because I expected it to have arrived already and the clothes are for the trip

This is unacceptable as my partner ordered last week and got his order today and we stay at the same address. Please expedite and speed up my delivery!
