Stop using speedaf it’s horrible

I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery experience for my recent order. It’s been 4 days stuck at customs with Speedaf Courier for an order that was placed on the 30th of August , despite customs fees being paid. Your customer service should take complaints like this more seriously instead of sending generic responses. Speedaf’s delays and poor communication reflect badly on SHEIN, and I strongly recommend you reconsider using them as a delivery partner.
