Stay away from Shein!

Absolutely bad. Paid for an import, then had to pay customs and VAT, then I was informed that there were delays with the shipment, then I had to provide proof of payment for the order, then I was told the order was destroyed and I could re-submit the order. I did so, only three of the four items were listed on the resubmitted order. Then I was asked to pay customs again. I tried to connect with them, they simply ignore all attempts via their bot interaction, with no options to complain. STAY AWAY FROM SHEIN!!!
