Shipping issues for my SHEIN order

Good day

Please help I am not happy with SHEIN service… I placed the order week ago and now I’m receiving the email the courier guy can’t deliver at the local place… hence there where no payment for courier person to deliver at the local hence I was not informed about that… now they saying I must contact the courier whom I don’t even know nor have contact details.. I am very sad and disappointed now they making my responsibility to contact the contact…. Please help if they can’t deliver my order I asked them refund me back…
