Shein’s ozow payment method

I made a payment through Ozow for my Shein order, money was deducted from my account and while waiting for the payment to be verified - there was a delay in the verification which led to the page reloading and being required to pay again even though the money from my account had already been deducted. I reached out to Ozow and they said I should contact Shein. I have been in contact with the Shein customer service and hoping for this to be resolved but I’m losing hope as it seems there’s nothing much they can do. This is unfair as this is a payment method offered on the Shein app, surely they should have a quicker response/solution to this issue!
