Shein/Buffalo Logistics are *******

I made a purchase in January 2024. I'd never used the SHEIN app (Buffalo Logistics) before. I made payment but thought nothing happened so I did it again only to find I paid twice. I've been emailing, calling since last year to date and NOTHING has been done. I always get responses *it has been escalated*. I've reported this on Hello Peter before and also got *it's been escalated*. Their escalations are useless. They are *******!
