Shein won't give me back my money

I ordered and paid R1500 for 12 items but only received 8. Sent emails, logged complaints with no response. My order was split for 2 deliveries, on their tracking platform on the app, the missing items have been in transit since the 25th of October 2022. Today is the 16th of December 2022, almost 3 months later and I have still not received the 4 missing item worth over R500 or my money back. My order number is ***
