Shein tracking

I placed my order on the 5th of November 2024 Paid Vat & Duty on the 9th of November 2024

And since then my order hasn't been updated it was delayed 3 times already and still says shipped for 3 weeks now and when you reach out to costumer service they can't tell you exactly what's happening. This is not the delivery company problem its Shein its self.
