Shein time waisters

I usually order from Temu but decided to give Shein a try and what a bad experience I am having.

I have placed my order on the 1st of August and no till this date have not received my parcel. My courier company Imlie advises that they cant assist and must contact Melie however they only have a whatsapp and an email address. Im so clueless as to who the hell do I contact and what am I suppose to do. I highly recommend buying from Temu rather than Shein. I've never experienced such a big delay. My date for delivery was the 21st of August 2025, which was yesterday.
